Tuxedo Measurments

• Have all of your measurements taken ONLY by a professional tailor, clothing store, or formalwear specialist. Most stores will provide you with your measurements for a small fee.

• Please complete ALL of the information provided as accurately as possible.

• Please submit this form at least 2 weeks prior to the use date.

• A down payment of 60% off the total cost of the rental must be received for the tuxedo to be ordered.

• A valid form of ID or drivers license must be presented at pickup along with a working credit card, tuxedos will NOT be released until we have obtained copies of both.

•  Tuxedos MUST be returned no later than 2 business days after your event date.

• We cannot be held responsible for measurements not performed in our store. We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections. However, special freight charges might apply.
