WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

 

WE ARE OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE TUESDAY - SATURDAY. APPOINTMENTS CAN BE SCHEDULED EITHER BY CALLING, EMAILING, OR SUBMITTING A REQUEST THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST. IF WE CAN'T SCHEDULE YOU AT THE TIME REQUESTED, WE WILL SUGGEST ANOTHER TIME. FOR BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS, WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THERE IS NO FEE FOR THIS APPOINTMENT, BUT WE DO HAVE A $50 NO-SHOW FEE IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. WE REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS TO ENSURE THAT EACH CUSTOMER IS GIVEN PERSONAL ATTENTION BY A CONSULTANT THAT CAN HELP THEM. WE DO OUR BEST TO SCHEDULE NO MORE THAN 2 APPOINTMENTS AT A TIME. SOMETIMES APPOINTMENTS OVERLAP, RUN OVER, SHOW UP SUPER EARLY, AND WALK-INS HAPPEN, BUT WE PROMISE TO DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

 

 

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

 

RIGHT ON TIME! WE HAVE EACH SECTION AND CONSULTANT ASSIGNED TO AN APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOU UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

 

 

WHERE IS PARKING?

PARKING IS LOCATED IN THE IMPERIAL CLEANERS PARKING LOT! IT'S RIGHT ADJACENT TO US! YOU ARE WELCOME TO PARK IN ANY OF THE SPOTS IN THAT LOT. WE ARE LOCATED IN THE STRIP MALL THAT'S BETWEEN THE CLEANERS AND THE REGIONS BANK.

 

 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?

YOU WILL BE PAIRED UP WITH AT LEAST ONE CONSULTANT WHO WILL LISTEN AND HELP YOU TO TRY TO FIND THE GOWN OF YOUR DREAMS. APPOINTMENTS CAN BE BLOCKED FOR EITHER AN HOUR OR AN HOUR AND A HALF. BE SURE TO BRING ANY UNDERGARMENTS AND THE SIZE HEEL SHOE THAT YOU PLAN ON WEARING ON YOUR BIG DAY. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND CHECKING OUT OUR PINTEREST PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO GET A PREVIEW OF THE DRESSES THAT WE HAVE IN STORE.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A DRESS IN?

 

BRIDAL GOWN DELIVERY VARIES BY EACH DESIGNER. WE RECOMMEND STARTING TO LOOK AT LEAST 8 MONTHS BEFORE THE BIG DAY! MOST BRANDS TYPICALLY TAKE AROUND 5 MONTHS FOR THE DRESSES TO ARRIVE, AND YOU WANT TO LEAVE PLENTY OF TIME FOR ALTERATIONS.  IF YOU NEED TO GET SOMETHING IN SOONER, LET US KNOW! SOME OF OUR DESIGNERS KEEP STOCK THAT WE CAN GET IN QUICKLY. THERE ARE RUSH OPTIONS SOMETIMES AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON THE DRESS AND DESIGNER, AND WE HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF SAMPLE SALE GOWNS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO TAKE HOME THE SAME DAY AS YOUR APPOINTMENT!

 

 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

 

BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF OUR SECTIONS, WE RECOMMEND NO MORE THAN 5. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING DURING A TRUNK SHOW OR EVENT, WE ASK THAT YOU LIMIT YOUR PARTIES.

ORDERED DRESSES WILL RANGE FROM $1000 - $3100 AND OUR SAMPLE SALE WILL MAJORITY BE UNDER $1100. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT OUR DESIGNER PAGES TO SEE THE PRICE RANGE OF EACH LINE.

 

 

 

DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK SOMETHING UP?

 

YES! SINCE WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE THERE WHEN YOU STOP BY. JUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, AND WE WILL MAKE SURE TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT WILL BE IN STORE FOR YOU!

 

 

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE ALTERATIONS?

 

WE DON'T HAVE AN IN-HOUSE SEAMSTRESS, BUT WE DO HAVE SOME AMAZING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TALENTED SEAMSTRESSES IN BIRMINGHAM THAT OUR BRIDES HAVE USED AND THAT WE FREQUENTLY WORK WITH! WE WILL SUGGEST A SEAMSTRESS BASED ON YOUR ALTERATION NEEDS AND BUDGET. ALTERATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR ORDER, AND SINCE EVERYTHING IS MADE TO DESIGNER SIZE CHARTS (NOT YOUR MEASUREMENTS), MOST DRESSES REQUIRE ALTERATIONS TO ACHIEVE THE PERFECT FIT!

WE TRY TO KEEP A WIDE VARIETY OF SIZES IN STORE, AND EACH DRESS IN-STORE IS LABELED WITH THE SIZE RANGE THAT IT CAN BE ORDERED IN. OUR SAMPLES WILL RANGE FROM 8-24, BUT WE ARE ALWAYS EXPANDING OUR COLLECTION! IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A SPECIFIC DRESS, GIVE US A CALL AND WE CAN TELL YOU THE SIZE OF OUR STORE SAMPLE. VIEW OUR GOWNS THAT ARE SIZES 18 AND UP.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BY SUBMITTING ANY FORM OF PAYMENT YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE TERMS LISTED BELOW. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DOWN PAYMENTS OR ORDERS. A 60% DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID ON ALL PRODUCTS TO BE ORDERED BEFORE THE ORDER WILL BE PLACED. ANY PRODUCTS REQUIRING CUSTOMIZATIONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE. ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 6 MONTHS TO FULFILL BASED ON THE DESIGNER.
